dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho tem por escopo uma análise societária e de mercado de capitais acerca da regulamentação envo lvendo o crowdfunding na sua modal idade de equity , com enfoque na legislação que hoje permite a operacionalização do equity crowdfunding dentro do mercado de capitais. O trabalho tratará das modalidades do crowdfunding para então adentrar nos aspectos espe cíficos da modalidade que envolve valores mobiliários e enseja na regulamentação pela Comissão de Valores Mobiliários. Devido à atualidade do tema, serão apresentado s também aspectos gerais do equity crowdfunding no âmbito mundial, e o que há no Brasil de proposta de regulamentação específica. Trata se de um estudo, portanto, que busca compreender o cenário atual do equity crowdfunding no Brasil por meio da análise da doutrina nacional e internacional sobre o tema para apresentar os pontos relevantes da l egislação envolvida e também o que se pode esperar da regulamentação que está por vir. O objetivo do presente trabalho se rá analisar e avaliar, de fato , os aspectos societários e regulatórios do equity crowdfunding , com a análise da legislação e conceitos e definições já existentes na doutrina nacional e internacional	pt_BR
dc.description.other	The scope of thi s work is to carry out a corporate law and capit al market law analysis on the regulations involving crowdfunding in its equity modality, focusing on the legislation that currently allows the equity crowdfunding proceeding within the capital market. The work will deal with the modalities of crowdfunding to then discuss about the specific aspects of the modality that involves securities and rules in the regulations by the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil). Due to the current theme, we will also present general a spects of equity crowdfunding in the world, and the specific regulation proposal in Brazil. This work , therefore, seeks to understand the current scenario of equity crowdfunding in Brazil through the analysis of national and international doctrine on the s ubject to present the relevant points of the legislation involved and also what can be expected from the regulation that is coming. The objective of this work is to analyze and evaluate, in fact, the corporate and regulatory aspects of equity crowdfunding , with the verification of the legislation and concepts and definitions already existing in national and international doctrine.	pt_BR
