dc.description.abstractO artigo critica o tratamento dado as mulheres negras, utilizando como exemplo o duplo lugar ocupado pelas mulheres negras no sistema de justiça e nas Ciências Criminais: visíveis como alvos preferenciais do encarceramento feminino e invisíveis como vítimas da violência contra a mulher e feminicida. O objetivo é realizar uma crítica acerca das produções que, embora críticas ao sistema penal e cientes da sua seletividade, apenas utilizam essas mulheres como números para retratar os problemas do sistema de justiça. Tais análises, de maneira geral, são incapazes de observar as mulheres negras enquanto intérpretes desse mesmo sistema e da sua própria realidade, de trazer raça como elemento central das causas dessas violências. Por fim, proponho que interseccionalidade seja utilizada como uma epistemologia do aparecimento das mulheres negras e como uma perspectiva crítica antirracista, que confere às estas a primazia epistêmica de interpretação de suas próprias realidades.pt
dc.description.abstractThis paper criticizes the treatment given to black women, using as an example the double position occupied by Black women in the justice system and in the Criminal Sciences: visible as preferential targets of female incarceration and invisible as victims of violence against women and femicide. My main goal is to criticize analysis that, although critical of the penal system and aware of its selectivity, only uses these women as numbers to portray the problems of the justice system. These analyzes, in general, are incapable of using Black women as interpreters of the same system and of their own reality, of bringing race as a central element of the causes of this violence. I also propose that intersectionality be used as an epistemology of the appearance of black women and a critical anti-racist perspective that gives them the epistemic primacy of interpreting their own realities.en
